Our services began after my transition from the United States Air Force in 2016 and my attendance at the Florida State University Moran Business Entrepreneur Boot Camp for Veterans. We are postured to help you transform your organizational culture through invested

Chris Robinson,
Our Founder
Chris’ life experience and education have given him a foundation to excel in his 26-year career in the United States Air Force as a professional military education instructor and director of education. Furthermore, it has afforded him larger platforms to serve and build into the lives of others. In addition to his military service, he has also served as an adjunct leadership development instructor at Troy University, Barry University, and Columbia College developing adult learners working in mid to large corporations, government, and healthcare sectors.
Coaching Philosophy and Certifications
Chris strongly believes that career coaching promotes awareness and opportunities for continued growth. Chris has a wealth of experience using the following platforms as a force multiplier for his clients: Myers and Briggs (Step 1 and Step 2), Emotional Intelligence Certification, Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Profile facilitator, and Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.
Community Involvement, Professional Affiliations, and Education
Throughout Chris’ career, he has been very active on base and in neighboring community activities. He is a stalwart supporter of Young Life, Big Brother and Big Sister programs, DOCK Brevard Neighborhood Up afterschool program, and Tied Together in Brevard County. He is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in Organizational Learning and Leadership with a Specialization in Human Resource Development at Barry University.
